Co-op Space Rental
During the hours we do not have camps/classes we will be opening up rental Co-Op space for your homeschooling groups to meet, plan a workshop, or host small group events. Please fill our an interest form below if you would like more information about rental hours.
Co-Op Rental: $30 per hour during non-operational hours (20 person limit, not including infants that accompany a parent).
Teacher Ad-On: $20 per hour if you are wanting a teacher to lead a group lesson or workshop.
Supplies Fee: $5 per family if you want us to supply raw materials for your co-op lesson, project, etc. You can also bring your own supplies to keep costs low. We are happy to provide basic supplies such as, scissors, glue, paint brushes, etc

Field Trips
Fields trips are great for Preschools, Home Daycare groups, Private Schools, and Homeschool Organizations
Field Trips are typically a two hour block of time. You can request a specific theme and we will create stations for small group projects/activities. We will have a lead teacher and assistant teacher (depending on the number of students and volunteers). We can also provide a catered lunch box to eat here or take home. This option does come with a $5-$7 add-on per student or can be built into the price depending on the supplies needed for stations.

Class / Workshop Rental
Do you teach classes to share your passions and skills? Do you host Q&A workshops? Do you have workshop that you would like to lead for your community?
The Hub is located right on the heart of downtown Vacaville, a convenient location for you and your guests. Our space has a small lobby that leads to a 1,500 sq. ft open room with wonderful natural lighting. We also have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, which is great for storing/preparing refreshments! We have four 5-foot tables and 18 chairs (with a few more in the back if needed). We have a TV, Smart board, basic supplies that is also available to you.

It all begins with an idea!! Each package comes with a FREE graphic to use as a party invitation that is custom to your theme.
$120-Room Rental - This package is for a room rental where we secure a 30 minute block of time for you to set-up and 1.5 hours to host your party! This package is best for someone wanting to host a party with their own decor and theme. You may bring your own food to the event! You will have use of the kitchen and supplies for your party. We will help you set up and take down your decor.
$200- Discovery Hub Party Pack - This package is for a room rental where we secure 30 minute set up time and 1.5 hour block of time where we will host a party theme of your choice. We can provide a variety of party themes such as a crafting party (based on your theme), lego party, science party, Princess party, Fun with Food party, and more! The theme can be customized to fit the age group and interest of your child (or adult). This package comes with a consultation to arrange details of the party!
$350+ - Discovery Hub Party Pack + Customized decor, cake, balloons, etc. I would reach out to some of our preferred vendors and make sure everything is taken care of!
